Return Policy

We are sure you will have total satisfaction with your purchase from Thömus. New and unused bikes, parts, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of order. Used items must be returned in like-new condition, within 30 days of order.


NEW AND UNUSED GEAR

If you made a purchase and later changed your mind, we have got you covered. Bikes, parts, apparel, and accessories, with all original packaging, boxes, and/or tags, may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. You must provide proof of purchase. If we determine the returned item does not qualify as new and unused, but is otherwise undamaged, we will automatically process it as a return of a used item.


USED AND UNDAMAGED

If you used your gear but now want something different, you may return it for a refund.  Bikes may be returned complete, with all original packaging, components, and in like-new condition, for full credit within 30 days of purchase. Parts and accessories that are used and in good condition may be returned for full refund. Clothing may not be returned if used, except per manufacturer’s warranty terms. Items that show damage beyond ordinary and expected use may be subject to a restocking fee or refused for return, as determined by Thömus.

 

ASSESSMENT

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the return policy is being abused, in our sole discretion.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for return shipping back to Thömus.

 

REFUND

Your return will be acknowledged once the item is received by Thömus. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within a few days, depending on your original form of payment, and according to the terms of your bank or card processor. The refund amount will include the purchase price, less shipping and handling costs.
