Thömus USA Warranty covers Complete Bikes Only.

Two Year Warranty on All Parts
Original Thömus complete bike equipment is warrantied for the original purchaser against manufacturing and material defects for two years from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to consumable parts (chains, cables, brake pads, tires, rims, bearings, suspension parts, etc.), nor does it apply in the case of improper use and accidents.

Five Year Warranty on Frames and Forks
Thömus bicycle frames and forks are warrantied for the original purchaser against manufacturing and material defects for a period of five years from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply in the case of improper use and accidents.
